Professional Bar Training
Passionate about every side of the bar industry, Strange Hill - backed by Pernod Ricard - created and now manages Professional Bar Training (PBT), the first fully accredited online education programme to be created specifically for bar professionals and a major step forward in bartender career development.
Going considerably further than the drink making and category training typically offered to bartenders, this programme gives a comprehensive understanding of the day to day running of a bar from bar-back to bar manager.
Strange Hill developed the programme from the ground up in its entirety including design, copy writing and pre-launch testing.
PBT currently comprises of two courses:
Level 2 Certificate in Professional Bartending Skills
Level 4 National Diploma in Professional Bar Management
Level 2 Certificate in Professional Bartending Skills
Level 4 National Diploma in Professional Bar Management
