National Theatre

The National Theatre approached Strange Hill to efficiently streamline and increase overall profitability in the eight bars and two restaurants across the iconic building. 

The National Theatre is one of the UK’s most prominent performing arts venues and is located on the Southbank, overlooking the River Thames. Strange Hill were tasked with optimising the excellent location of the theatre with a suitable offering in its bars and restaurants. 

We conducted an analysis of the current offering and responded with a bespoke drinks offering and station layouts for each outlet as well as bar manuals and precise staff training across all the outlets in this sizeable venue.
